These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the TOZA platform (the "Service") owned by Buural Soft LLC ("we"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
TOZA is a family of business software products for organizations and individuals: SMS delivery, phone verification, a Messenger commerce bot, product and inventory records, point of sale and order management, staff and customer records. Each product runs on its own but shares one sign-in, one organization record, and one product catalogue.
2. Account and sign-in
- You must register with accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
- An organization owner grants access to staff; the organization is responsible for their actions.
- When connecting a Page with Facebook, you must also comply with Facebook's terms.
3. User obligations
- Do not use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
- Do not send spam, commit fraud, or run unauthorized advertising. Do not use the messaging service for bulk sending without the recipient's consent.
- Do not compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
- Process customer information responsibly and in accordance with applicable law and policy.
4. Third-party services and charges
Some features depend on THIRD-PARTY accounts: AI answers run on the merchant's own AI key, SMS is sent from the merchant's own messaging account, and online payment runs on the merchant's own QPay agreement. The merchant is responsible for those charges, balances, and limits — we do not resell them.
5. Facebook terms
The chat product runs on the Meta platform, so you must also comply with the Meta Platform terms and policies. We may change or discontinue features as a result of changes to Meta's rules.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its code, design, and trademarks, belongs to Buural Soft LLC. Copying or imitating it without prior permission is prohibited. Data entered by your organization remains your property.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or permanently terminate the Service if these Terms are breached.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary and will post them on this page. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
