This page explains how to delete the personal information held about you by TOZA, operated by Buural Soft LLC. Requests are free and you do not have to give a reason.
1. Who are you?
There are two different paths:
- Merchant — someone who registered and signs in to TOZA with a phone number (shop owner, manager, staff).
- Customer — someone who messaged a shop's Facebook Page on Messenger. You never registered or signed in to TOZA, but your name, conversation history, and orders may still be stored by us.
2. How to request deletion
Email bsoft0108@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Please include:
- Which of the two you are (merchant or customer).
- Merchant: your registered phone number.
- Customer: which shop's Facebook Page you messaged, and the phone number used in the conversation (if you placed an order). Your Facebook display name helps us find you.
We acknowledge the request on receipt and complete it within 30 days, confirming by email.
3. What is deleted
For merchants:
- The login account — name, phone, email, password.
- Organization membership and permissions.
- The staff record, if one was created for you.
For customers:
- Messenger conversation history and bot replies.
- Name and profile picture retrieved from Facebook.
- The customer record — name and phone number.
4. What is not deleted
The following belongs to the shop's accounting and tax records and is not deleted outright:
- Completed orders and payment entries. These form the shop's sales history and carry a legal retention period. On request we remove your personal details from them (name, phone, address); the amounts, dates, and line items remain in anonymized form.
- Security logs, for as long as needed to investigate fraud.
5. What you can do yourself
- Disconnect your Facebook Page (merchants): "Organization → Settings → Facebook → Disconnect". The Page token is removed from our servers immediately and the bot stops replying.
- Remove the app on Facebook: Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → TOZA → Remove. We will no longer be able to access your Facebook information.
⚠️ Neither of these deletes data already stored — send the request above for that.
6. Data deleted automatically
Temporary conversation state (cart, verification codes) is deleted after 2 hours, and the inbound event queue after 7 days — automatically, with no request needed.
